PCC is the ICF certification that will set you apart from the rest of the field and communicate to the public that you are a professional coach. To get that certification is a tremendous achievement.

Coach Approach Ministries wants to make it a bit easier. In Level Up to PCC, you will dive deep into the ICF's eight core competencies and learn how to bring your coaching up to that level.

In addition, CAM has added a section on Coach the Person Not the Problem, as well as PCC level coaching demonstrations with running commentary so you can see the competencies in action.

This course will soon have you leveling up to PCC!

Here's what you'll learn...

Introducing Level Up to PCC

Before jumping in, Brian and Chad identify the gap between the ACC and PCC certifications. The student is then prepared how to best engage the course to prepare for personal growth.

The Eight Core Competencies

The International Coaching Federation has defined eight competencies that go together to define good coaching. Each competency is given certain markers that measure the coach's proficiency within each competency.

Brian and Chad describe these markers and give real world examples of what those competencies should look like in your coaching.

Coach the Person Not the Problem

ACC coaching focuses on coaching the problem. PCC coaching is about coaching the person. CAM has literally written the book on this shift, and Brian and Chad walk you through this critical distinction.

Coaching Demonstrations

Sometimes it is just easier to see coaching than to hear about coaching. We've provided coaching demonstrations at the PCC level so you can see the competencies used in real time in real conversations.

What will I learn?

You will learn about the ICF's eight core competencies, coaching the person not the problem, and how to add these skills into your own coaching style.

How will I learn?

This course is taught via the Teachable platform -- the world's leading platform for on-demand training. You'll have access to 16 video training modules as well as student notes and support documents.

In a nutshell, what is Leveling Up to PCC?

This is a course to bridge the gap for those coaching at an ACC level to a PCC level and help them prepare to apply for the PCC credential with the ICF.

Does this count for ICF?

While you will learn plenty of ICF-aligned coaching skills, this on-demand course does not meet the ICF's requirements for training that can be counted toward certification or recertification.

How long will I have access?

Once you enroll, you'll have ongoing access to the course. There's no time limit (or any kind of limit) on how often or how long you can continue to access the video sessions or any of the content.

What if I don't like the course?

We think you're going to love the course and get a lot of help from it. But if you don't, no worries. You have 30 days to ask for a refund, no questions asked.
