"I wish I could always be in a coaching class because I want to stay focused, connected, and moving forward."
This is one of the most common things I hear from coaching students. They long for an ongoing source of training, encouragement, feedback and focus so they can make real progress as a coach.
The CAM Community of Coaches provides just this sort of opportunity.
Our team of premiere coach trainers provides you with a year's worth of fresh content, skill-enhancing learning labs, and a coaching exchange -- all designed to grow your coaching practice and your coaching confidence.
As a member, not only do you have access to our team, but you also get connected to other Christian coaches from around the world -- like-minded people with whom you can network, share resources, and find mutual support.
We launched this community in hopes of helping Christian coaches like you feel connected, confident, and capable. After all, the world needs great Christian coaches.
I hope to welcome you into the community very soon.
Sincerely,
Chad Hall, MCC President, Coach Approach Ministries
One of the biggest challenges facing new and developing coaches is how to gain real coaching experience. After you coach your spouse, your friends, and maybe a few coaching classmates, you start wondering if coaching your dog is a good idea. It’s not. This is where The Coaching Exchange (TCE) comes in.
TCE is a way for you to gain 10 hours of real coaching experience with real clients and count those hours of experience as paid coaching toward ICF credentialing.
During each of these monthly live 60-minute Zoom calls, we unpack one ICF competency in plain language with real-world examples. Members also get to ask lots of questions, share challenges, and celebrate successes.
To top it off, each Learning Lab provides 1 hour of ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCEs).
Admittedly, one of the hardest parts of coaching is growing your coaching practice. Discouragement can be overwhelming. Each Business Development Mastermind cohort meets twice monthly for 6 months. In each session, we interview sustainable coaches and learn the best practices to grow our own coaching practice while helping you implement what you have learned.
Every month, gain new insights from an experienced coach who brings fresh topics to explore. Each session is exclusive, providing valuable knowledge and practical strategies to learn and grow as a coach.

Membership really does have its privileges. As a member of the CAM Community of Coaches, you get a 15% discount on all CAM coach training classes as well as on all coaching and mentor coaching services with our team members.
Since a big part of any community is the opportunity to connect with other members, you'll love our new Circle.so platform. You'll have direct access to all members and even be able to create specialty spaces where you and your friends can meet. You'll have direct messaging access to other members, a member directory, and the ability to form topical or regional groups with other members.
Sometimes you just wonder if you're on the right track, or you need help with your ICF application/renewal, or you have a wild and crazy idea in need of honest feedback. In those times you need access to someone you trust. Community members may also post questions directly to Chad Hall and Brian Miller through the monthly Ask Me Anything feature on our membership platform.
CAM has helped hundreds of coaches become ICF credentialed coaches, establish their own coaching practice, and/or forge their own coaching path. We haven't seen it all, but as a member you will have access to what we have seen.
How much does it cost?
Annual membership is one payment of $375.
How do I know it's for me?
Do you want to coach? Then it's for you. Whether you want to coach as a full-time profession, a few hours a month as a ministry, as a way to earn some side income, or as part of your day job in business or ministry, CAM community membership is for you.
What other resources will I get?
Not only do you get all the fresh monthly content in our LIVE Webinars and Learning Labs, but you also have access to a large library of archived webinars, coaching demos, learning labs, blog posts, podcasts, and YouTube videos.
Does it matter if I'm new to coaching?
Nope! The community is for all Christian coaches, from total beginners to seasoned coaches. In the same way new plants and mature plants all need water, this community is for any coach who wants to thrive.
How much do I have to participate in the community?
It's totally up to you. Some community members attend every learning lab and webinar and post actively on the members-only platform. But others pick and choose just what they need for their context.
Will you help me get clients?
Yes and no. We'll do everything we can to educate, motivate, encourage, and instruct. But at the end of the day, getting clients is deeply dependent on how much attention and follow through you provide.
